Wonderful place to stay, the reviews are all correct! 10/10! Excellent. Super friendly management and staff, great view from our room, delicious home cooked dinner and breakfast. Very safe and secure in lovely neighborhood. I like the serve yourself bar and memorabilia. Beautiful garden too with private car parking on the property. Big supermarket just down the hill and 5 minutes drive to main st of Ladysmith. Great base for visiting many Boer war sites and Drakensberg (northern) areas.

    This was our second stay at Buller's Rest Lodge and we had another enjoyable stay - 3 nights this time. Sisters Leeche and Chey are wonderful hosts and looked after us very well. The location is quiet and peaceful, with nice views over the surrounding countryside. The rooms are comfortable and clean and all the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is nice, with a good selection of hot and cold food. We will certainly stay here again when in Ladysmith. Great value!!
