Property is as described, lovely back yard seating area would have been perfect if I’d been traveling with friends. Hosts were very lovely — provided a complimentary breakfast spread after I settled in, invited me to help bring in the cows, I got to see them milking and a few hour later was given a cup of milk fresh off the stove. If you want a glimpse at village life, this is a great stay.

We made a booking for one night we extended it to 5 nights , really had a truly delightful experience. Conveniently located near to supermarkets, bakery , and 15 minutes walk to sevan lake it offered easy access to all places . The apartment is new , very clean, beautifully modern decorated, with a comfortable bed and kitchen equipped with everything that made our stay very enjoyable. The owner exceptionally friendly and attentive, he took us by his car and showed the area providing excellent recommendations for the places we can visit. He ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect. We appreciated his kindness and nice gesture. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting sevan.It’s a gem that combines comfort, excellent service, and a great location, and I would certainly return."

The host were a great family who lived next door, which we didn’t expect, they welcomed us as their friends and made our stay there perfect, warm and it felt like home away from home. The kids were happy as they could play with hosts’ kids. Everything was clean, well-thought and cozy.

We had a fantastic stay in Martuni! The accommodations were modern, clean, comfortable and very cozy. The back garden of the property was huge and the rooftop deck on the garage was a nice spot to hang out with a drink enjoy the village and Lake Sevan views! The house comes with a great bbq area and our host connected us with locals who helped us make some of the best Armenian bbq we have ever had. The cool weather was also a nice relief from the heat in Yerevan. Overall we enjoyed our time in the Martuni villa and hope to stay again the next time we visit Armenia.
