There are taxis constantly going back and forth between the two towns. The location was quiet and peaceful. The hosts were gracious and kind.

It was truly one of the nicest hotel experiences I have ever had and it is mostly thanks to the incredible host Chimney. He is a remarkable person and host. He helped us so much when we had a car break down and drove us across Savuti to Khwai (which is an incredible distance). I highly recommend staying here and booking meals and activities with Chimney. His game drives were fantastic and he has a great chef who makes wonderful food. The lodge itself is very simple and comfortable with a very reasonable price but the extras are what makes the place extraordinary. Chimney is also a community leader and many things that he is doing is to help his entire village. It is clear the lodge is a labor of love for him and he built it on the site of his grandmother's house.

We were specifically nicely helped with the organization of a boat as well as land safari at very fair prices. In addition, we were unexpectedly supported with help as to our ongoing travels. We loved the quiet and spacious terrace in front of our apartment and enjoyed several times the evening outdoor surrounded by the splendid plants and flowers. Very well equipped kitchen.
