Otherwise, the location was perfect for us, and having a parking spot nearby really helped us when we were arriving late at night from the Summerside Festival in a nearby town. The apartment itself was large and comfortable, and it was great to have a balcony we could relax at the end of a long day.

In the surroundings great walks for my dog and cows with bells just nearby, truly Swiss atmosphere. Murten see with its old houses worth visiting especially by sunset, great atmosphere. Parking available, wifi super speed. Very close to Bern and Fribourg to explore. Payment possible in cash or by card.

Theo and Beatrice were the best hosts and so friendly and helpful. Loved the small family feel to the hotel, brilliant breakfasts and free parking were an added bonus.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. When traveling to Switzerland this is more of what I think of as that quintessential place to stay. My room was great! The place is more on the edge of town but only short walk (10 minutes). Which is actually nice walk after eating at a restaurant in town.
