Our recent ski holiday at Piz Ot was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel's modern and impeccably clean design. The ski-in/ski-out access was a dream, allowing us to maximize our time on the slopes. The daily breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious and high-quality options to fuel our days. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. What truly set Pitz Ot apart was their exceptional service. On our way home, we realized we had left ski boots in the ski room. Without hesitation, the hotel staff located them and shipped them back to us! This level of care and attention to detail is truly remarkable and greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Piz Ot to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable ski holiday. The combination of its great location, modern amenities, delicious food, and outstanding staff makes it a top choice. We will definitely be returning!

The room was comfortable and Julianna noticed that we needed extra pillows. They notice the small details and go the extra mile to ensure that their guests are comfortable. The room and facilities are extremely clean and well maintained. The fondue evenings are a must, extremely well prepared and of excellent quality. Wonderful wine selection. Excellent breakfast, everything was fresh but it would be nice if the breakfast selection varied a little more. We look forward to returning.
