FOR THOSE GOING TO TORRES DEL PAINE: Don't rent sleeping bags or buy gas!! they can offer you this free of charge during your stay. We made the mistake of renting in advance from a company in Puerto Natales. The staff and hosts were very nice, Juan was funny and nice. The common area was large with many sofas and some board games, as well as a TV showing football games. They have a 'gym' with a punching bag, weights and pull up bar among others. They offered to bring us for a fee by car to the bus terminal as it is a 20 minute walk at 6am when heading to Torres del Paine. The rooms are well sized and beds are cozy; the toilets clean and comfortable: come with soap, shampoo and conditioner. The included breakfast comes with juice, coffee, tea, milk, eggs to be made, oranges, apples, yogurt, cereal, cake... Great stay, will be coming back soon for the third time!

Silvana was a wonderful host. She prepared a to-go breakfast for us when we went to see the penguins along with preparing a delicious hot breakfast for us on the other days of our trip. The beds were comfy and overall the hostal was very clean. The location is good and close to the center of town. Overall, loved this place and would definitely stay here again.

Lago cóndor is the most comfortable, clean and beautiful accomodations you can imagine. Sandra and Fernanda didn’t skip any details in designing the place. Rooms with comfortable beds and beautiful sheets, tasteful furniture, very cozy common areas. The hostal is in a very quiet area, within a short walking distance to the city center. There are restaurants around. And it is a short walk from the bus station. Sandra helped us with a full day Torres del Paine tour. It was excellent. Hospitality!!! Everything has been ideal.

Great views, interior is exceptionally well designed. Carlos’s, our host, was extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious and rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. Highly recommend and would stay again, a highlight of our trip.
