The property was well equipped even with filter water for us to take. The twin room was cosy and comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and the options of activities was great. Jeremy took us on a tour of three different places in the area and we learned so much about the local history, super interesting. Would highly recommend :)

His English is excellent. He has practical advice and good restaurant recommendations. Filandia is much prettier than Salento. There's a hammock and a great view.

Monica, the owner, was the highlight of our stay, always available and immensely helpful. Her local expertise, having grown up in Armenia, provided invaluable insights for newcomers to the area. Staying here surpassed the experience of a typical hotel in the city. Looking forward to our next visit, Monica!

Eco Hotel El Columpio se nachází v destinaci Salento a má zahradu, nekuřácké ubytování a bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách. Jen 33 km odtud je Pereira's Botanical Garden. We had an excellent stay at this lovely place. The views from the compound are astounding, it feels like you are in the middle of the jungle despite being only 8 minutes away by foot from Salento. Highly recommend!

Hostal Bamboo was one of our favourite stays while in Colombia. The owner was extremely hospitable, he let us check in early to have some rest after a long bus ride and was always happy to give tips about Salento or just have chat. The location was perfect, only a 10 min walk to the centre and next to the road leading to all the coffee farms (we booked a coffee tour through this hostel). The rooms were clean, spacious, quiet and with amazing views. There is a water filter in the kitchen.
