Offering a terrace and views of the garden, La Maïoun Guesthouse is situated in Nice in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region, 500 metres from the beach. Very well located. :) Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Thomas was really nice giving local tips and yummy breakfast. Super recommend.

Situated in Cagnes-sur-Mer and with Cros de Cagnes reachable within 100 metres, Maison de la Marine features express check-in and check-out, soundproof rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a bar. The hotel is on top of the restaurant Bistrot de La Marine and offers a fantastic view of the beach with a balcony. The weather was more than 30C every day but our room was nice and cool with the A/C. Our host, Nico, and all the staff (from the hosts to the chefs in the restaurant) were super nice and attentive. Our room was refreshed every day by the housekeeper and there was a mini fridge in the room, good Wi-fi, big TV, and a comfortable bed. The room was definitely better than we thought from the picture! There are lots of good restaurants and nightlife nearby and a nice shopping centre 30mins walk in St. Laurent du Var. The area is not central, which was even better as we avoided the crowded city centre, but still had easy transportation links to central Nice (2 stops by train) and Monaco (30mins on the same train). Other than that, you can also take a bus to St Paul du Vence or take a day trip to Cannes and Antibes, but you might be tempted to stay on the beach: enjoy the clear water and have drinks at the beach clubs or coffee and sweets in the boulangeries nearby.

10 km from Saint-Raphaël Valescure Train Station in Saint-Aygulf, Villa 35 de Saint Aygulf provides accommodation with access to a sauna, hot tub and hammam. The breakfast was lovely with a good variety and the location was very quiet and very close to a supermarket .

Located in Mouans-Sartoux, 6.5 km from Musee International de la Parfumerie, VILLA MATHIS offers accommodation with a hot tub. I liked the pool, it was Amazing. The room was beautiful and comfy.

Located in Cagnes-sur-Mer, 1.9 km from Renoir Museum, Le rêve bleu provides accommodation with free private parking, a garden and a terrace. All rooms include a balcony with garden views and free... The hosts were warm, friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were good with homemade breads, Sweets and jams with perfect cappuccinos!! A very quiet neighborhood and can reach restaurants and waterfront within 10min drive.

From the moment we arrived to Villa Angelus we realized the perfect location of the property. The first thing we like about about Villa Angelus is its breathtaking surroundings. Situated in a tranquil neighborhood, offering a peaceful relief from the energetic city and the beautiful gardens create a serene ambiance, making it an ideal spot to unwind and soak in the Mediterranean sun. The villa's close proximity to the center and to the promenade is another feature. Also the tram and bus is another option. For only 15 euros you can ride any bus and any tram in the city for one entire week. Villa Angelus is perfectly situated as a base for exploring the region. The iconic French Riviera is at your fingertips, with its glamorous towns like Cannes and Monaco just by taking the train in one of the many terminals (the tram or bus will take you there). Villa Angelus offers parking and this is another positive highlight because parking is very expensive in Nice. I also have to mention Delphine. She is a very nice tenant and she will help you with pleasure on anything you need. She speaks perfectly English, Spanish and of course the stunning French language.

Set within 1.5 km of Tardieu Cove and 1.7 km of Bonne Eau Cove, Villa Goonie offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Les Issambres. The villa has an amazing open view towards the ocean where we enjoyed sunrise every morning and we even watched moon rise for the first time on the ocean. Francois was very kind and attentive. Breakfast was served plentifully with homemade jams, eggs, cakes, pancakes, fruits, and even homemade yoghurt! Whenever we spent time at the pool, he always came by to offer drinks and snacks. Fantastic stay!

Boasting a bar and views of city, Demeure d'hôtes Le Rocher is a guest house set in a historic building in Valbonne, 10 km from Parfumerie Fragonard - The History Factory Grasse. The whole venue was beautiful and well looked after. The room was a great size and very clean and comfortable, and the host, Muhamed, was fantastic. Super friendly and kind, he made sure I was looked after. The location was great, on a beautiful street, just a 30 second walk from the main square in Valbonne.
