A lovely little studio with nicely stocked facilities. The sheets were lovely and soft, the bed very comfortable. There was a TV which we used to snuggle and watch a film on in the evening as it had Netflix access (may have also had others, we didn't check past Netflix). Everything was very clean and I always got a quick response if I needed help. Also, the scones, jam and cream in the fridge was a lovely surprise. I couldn't recommend this little place enough.

The common areas are tastefully designed and furnished. And the garden is glorious. I can’t recommend the Devonian highly enough.

Great house to stay few days to explore north Devon. Warm hospitality, comfortable room and good shower with a nice breakfast. Excellent location to visit nearby attractions.

The property is around 11 km from Dartmouth Castle, 22 km from Riviera International Centre and 41 km from Marsh Mills Retail Park. The property is non-smoking and is set 8 km from Totnes Castle. Grahame and Sue was exceptional in their customer service skills, not to mention Sue’s skills in the kitchen. It’s a small bar and restaurant with a blazing fire with a homely feel that makes for a comfortable evening with friendly chats over a large glass of wine. Breakfast in the morning was a treat and not shunned to go off piste, saved the full English for last day and was not disappointed. En suite to our room was large not to mention the bath, which was huge and the shower was constant with hot water.

Great location - no parking at the hotel but easy to find parking nearby.. Very friendly staff. Good food.
