The breakfast was delicious and included eggs, bread/toast, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee/tea and wonderful conversation. The grounds of the B&B are delightful and include cows.

I figured, being above a bar, that there might be noise issues but even when live music was playing with a full crowd there was only a dim background level of noise. The facilities were in good repair, tea and water were provided to the room, fresh towels without prompting, it was a great experience.
