Shower had good water pressure and the floor was not slippery and dried quickly. I had a nice balcony with a view of the neighborhood and palm trees and a little bit of the water in the distance. John organized a Motorbike for me and also a taxi to Benaulim when I left.

Honestly the best service I have experienced in India! Room was so spacious, clean and bathroom was new with great shower power. Location was great,2 minutes away from the beach and Main Street. The best experience however was owner Glen and his sons, they were so welcoming and kind and made sure I have everything what I asked for and were very responsive to any message. Wonderful family! Wish I could stay longer.

Beautiful historic house in a the peaceful Campal area of Panjim. Deric has made this charming property into a comfortable homestay while preserving and enhancing its antique features. The whole place has a feeling of quiet dignity, yet Deric is so welcoming it feels like home. The rooms are spacious and cool and the plants and trees are a delight. The home stay is within easy walking distance of the commercial Centre and there are taxis and a choice of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is served a few steps away across the road at a restaurant where the food is good and the service prompt and friendly. Deric is an exceptionally kind and considerate host. He checked every day that I had everything I needed and even gave me a late check out in another room because I had an evening flight. I sincerely recommend Vivenda Rebelo to any traveler who values quiet, tasteful decor, value for money, and a genuinely kind host.

The room had all the essentials, including [Wi-Fi, a mini-bar, air conditioning, etc.], which made it a comfortable retreat after a day at the beach. One small downside was [mention any issues like noise from nearby nightlife, room size, or minor maintenance issues if applicable]. Overall, the location and room quality made for an excellent beachside stay, perfect for soaking in all that Goa has to offer.
