Excellent property with excellent stuff! We moved from the main cliff to Magnolia Property and it was the best thing we did. The property is clean, well maintained and there is also a pool in the property but that most probably will not be needed as the sea is at 50m. Nijab and the rest of the team are excellent! We had a health issue with my wife and all of them were very supportive and assisted us a lot. Additionally there is an on sight restaurant which is totally fantastic. If you are looking for a tranquil accommodation near the Beach, this is the place.

Right from the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality made us feel completely at home. A special word of appreciation for Manager Sureshji, who ensured that every detail was taken care of with utmost professionalism and kindness. His calm and courteous approach added to the comfort of our stay. We are also grateful to Manishji and Siju, who were always ready to help with a smile, making sure everything was smooth and convenient. Their dedication and friendly nature really stood out. Another highlight was the Babu cab service arranged by the guest house. The service was excellent – reliable, punctual, and extremely convenient. Thanks to Babu and Sabapathi, we were able to cover almost all the major places in and around Thiruvananthapuram, as well as the famous Tamil Nadu temples like Rameshwaram, Madurai, and others, with ease, without ever feeling rushed. His driving was safe, and he was very knowledgeable about the routes and local attractions. Overall, Anantha Guest House exceeded our expectations with its warm hospitality, excellent facilities, and thoughtful arrangements. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Thiruvananthapuram.

At the guest house, the units are equipped with bed linen and towels. The location of the Hostel is the best in Varkala (I think). The beach is about 2 mins by walk, and as it is on the northern side its less crowded. The cleaning is exceptional. Everything is clean here, the bathroom, the bed linen, the stairway even the small details as the light and fan switches. The bed is very comfortable also. From the terace - wich is very spacey - you have a bit of see view. The whole place is simple and stylish. Besides all the good things, the guys running the place: Suas and Dzoie are very friendly, and helping you in whatever situation. I would reccommend this accommodation to anyone coming here.
