The owner was very polite and helpful, we went there only deciding the places to visit, without any arrangements. Overwhelmed on how to make arrangements, but he booked us a cab and guided us for return tickets. The stay was super comfortable and clean, def worth the money spent.
The place is 1 km from the Kalpetta bus stand and can reach within 2 mins and incurs around 30 Rs.
For both couples and families the place is well recommended.

Nice budget hotel in Kalpetta. Close to the main street, the restaurants and the bus station, yet in a quiet area. The room was clean and comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent hosts. For an additional payment we were given a large AC room. They treat you like family and takes care of your requirements. Temple is very near with an uphill walk of about 400 meters. The owner was kind enough to share with us Unniyappam, the temple prasadam.

Had a wonderful time for 3 days with my family. Place is sooo calming , pleasant and clean.It gives us a feel of being packed in nature.Host Mr.suresh kumar is also so friendly and helpful and guided us well on the nearby locations to visit. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who ever wants to visit wayanad .would definitely visit again some time soon.
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great Host(Peter sir). Most friendly and helpful, lovely and great first impression, Everything about the home stay was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
Last but not least Vickey(Pet Dog) itself an attraction.
