It has been really amazing staying at the seafront of Maiori in this very well designed, mantained and clean guesthouse. The beach is just under our door, so comfortable, even in winter time the weather allows to swim. Maiori has the longest beach of the entire Amalfi Coast, and it is a perfect for sports too. The harbor from where all ferries leave for the iconic towns of the Amalfi Cost is at just fee minutes walking distance. Perfect for visiting the coast. Our room had a balcony from where we enjoyed the beautiful view of the entire Maiori bay. The Mezzacapo Castle in front of us is just beautiful. The property has been just renovated, with all the amenities available, but the decorations from the '800 have been very well preserved, achieving and amazing contrast among historical and modern. The staff has been also amazing supporting us for any need. Highly recommended.

The location is quiet and relaxing with stunning views. The room is nicer than in the photos, sparkling clean. The host was amazing and was super helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay here again!

From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel was perfection. The room looked beautiful in the photos, but nothing could have prepared us for the breathtaking view that greeted us when we walked in—it was truly exceptional. Waking up to it each morning was unforgettable. The room itself was spacious and beautifully designed, with a fantastic spa bath, a well-equipped kitchenette, a perfectly sized bathroom, and excellent blackout blinds for a great night’s sleep. The large balcony was a dream, giving us plenty of space for private sunbathing under the Italian sun. Romeo and his team—including the young gentleman and the lovely lady we met—were outstanding hosts. Their warmth and attentiveness made our stay feel extra special. They went above and beyond, even setting up a private breakfast area for us right outside our room. Romeo personally arranged everything from transfers to Vietri and Salerno, to private boat trips, to reservations at the best local restaurants. On a night we wanted to stay in, he even organised a takeaway for us. We can't thank him enough! We were also impressed by how fairly priced all of the extras at the hotel were—everything was perfectly in line with local prices. The infinity pool was another highlight, offering an incredible view and the perfect spot to relax. They made everything simple for us so that we could just enjoy the experience. It’s hard to put into words just how wonderful this hotel and its staff are. It's easily the best hotel with the best staff we have ever stayed in. We would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone considering a stay, and we already know we’ll be returning one day.

This experience completely immersed me in the Italian world of flavors and colors! It would be wonderful if this option became a permanent part of the hotel's services because it's not just an activity—it's a true culinary adventure! I also want to mention the convenience provided by the hotel—a bag with a towel and beach essentials. This truly lightens the luggage when traveling and frees you from the need to bring extra items Yes, there are steps leading down to the sea, but taking your time to walk them turns this path into a beautiful and thoughtful stroll, where each step opens up new views and brings delight The entire hotel feels intimate and cozy, creating the impression that you are staying with good friends. I will definitely return here again and recommend Villa Francesco to anyone seeking tranquility and an authentic Italian getaway

The view is absolutely breathtaking — one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The area is peaceful and perfect for recharging. The apartment itself feels like a high-end hotel with great attention to detail: extremely comfortable bed, smart TV, AC, a beautiful balcony, and a very clean, stylish interior. We slept amazingly well every night. The hospitality was outstanding. I got a flat tire during the trip and the host immediately used his local connections to get it fixed — a lifesaver. They even cleaned the apartment during our stay, which is rare with private hosts. Truly exceptional service.
