Location was perfect - just a few minutes walk to the Trevi fountain, but there weren’t disturbing outside noises at all. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was lovely with good coffee. Everything about this place just worked, so that we could fully concentrate on amazing city of Rome.

It was just great, the owner really takes care, we had an issue with our flight and arrived to Rome later than expected and he was resolutive and prompt to help. Very comfy bed for us all- lovely soft sheets, everything we needed. Had family room and it was roomy and comfortable! Location awesome and restaurants close by. About 1k walk from termini. Hostess was lovely. Lift was a bonus but did stairs a few times for exercise. Definitely would stay again.
