The room was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with complete toiletries and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All the hosts were kind and helpful, especially Elisabetta, who truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She suggested great places to visit and shop, arranged our airport transfer, and even let us store our luggage after check-out since our flight was later in the day. We absolutely love her! The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of food and drinks—truly one of the best breakfast menus we’ve had during our entire stay in Italy. Highly recommend!

In addition, I left an important article at the hotel after checking out and leaving that part of Rome. Contrary to my expectations, Anita who had tried to assist, then went out of her way to hand-deliver it to me 2 days later on my way to the airport. That was very much appreciated! Thank you Anita.
