Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. Our room was very comfortable and very clean, well-equipped with all the necessities. The staff is very kind and hospitable. The train station is also easily accessible from the location; the bus station is on the same street, and you can reach the central train station within 20 minutes. The whole place is very well arranged and renewed. Good value for its price. Highly recommended!

The apartment was clean and very functional. It had all we needed. The host Tommy was very polite and helpful. He explained and set up every things(door codes) for us.

The location is perfect! Beautiful views from the windows and balcony, and close to all the shops and restaurants. We loved our stay here. Really appreciated the mini fridge, espresso machine, and supplies. It was quite warm while we were there, so the A/C had to work hard, but it managed. Loved the updated bathroom and option for self-check-in!
