Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. Ubytování bylo super, pěkné prostory, hezká koupelna. Je to blízko nádraží, akorát s parkováním je trochu problém, ale chce to trpělivost a dá se to zvládnout. Hostitel je velmi milý a nápomocný. Super super clean room, large and very modern, exactly as per the photos or even better. We had room 4 with a small garden view. The bad is comfortable, and there are extra pillows if needed. The bathroom is exceptional, and the shower has good pressure, nice toiletries provided. Coffee machine with capsules + small snack + tea offered the 2 days stay + water for the first night. Every room has its entrance through the common area (large corridor), smells nice everywhere... Lina and her son Jorgen (speaks english) are very nice and helpful. They did the check-in and checkout in person, and we communicated with Google translate when needed with no issues. The location is great, 3 minutes from La Spezia train station and 5 minutes walking to downtown (restaurants), a very quiet area. They allowed us to leave our luggage for a couple of hours after checkout. Recommended 100%.

The room is large enough (separate room with twin beds) for 4 adults and a really good bathroom and shower. Everything you need is here including English tea! Air conditioning is excellent with loads of easy to use settings. Host is excellent - good communication. Very very clean. Comfortable. 2 mins walk from the station and in the best part of town for food and drinks. Breakfast place next door is incredible - don’t miss it out! Would 100% stay here again. Thank you.

It’s so convenient and best of all - no stairs that we need to manoeuvre with our heavy luggages from train to apt. The place is ~8 min walk from train station and a short distance away from old town and hiking trail. A stone throw away from the beach. Safe for lady to walk even in the night. The apt is clean. Comes with towels, toiletries and coffee as described. Owner is very responsive and gave clear instruction on how to get to apt. Highly recommend!
