Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. A room was modern and clean, they had a very cute balcony were you can sit in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine. There was a safe where you can leave your precious belongings. Very central, and comfortable to reach all the destinations, not far from train station, bus to Portovenere or Lerici around the corner.

The room was just perfect and super clean really close to the train station for easy access to the cinque terre and the city's main streets.

The room is large enough (separate room with twin beds) for 4 adults and a really good bathroom and shower. Everything you need is here including English tea! Air conditioning is excellent with loads of easy to use settings. Host is excellent - good communication. Very very clean. Comfortable. 2 mins walk from the station and in the best part of town for food and drinks. Breakfast place next door is incredible - don’t miss it out! Would 100% stay here again. Thank you.
