Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. The location is great, very close to train station, the owner is very friendly, gave me recommendations about the restaurant. Room is clean and nice, the bed is comfortable, I like everything.

Lina Suites was more than great. Super clean, location was perfect, staff were super friendly, helpful and kind. Was the cleanest place we stayed in Italy!

Congregazione Suore Figlie di San Francesco di Sales asub La Spezias, 4,5 km kaugusel Castello San Giorgiost ja 31 km kaugusel Carrara konverentsikeskusest. Our room was very comfortable and very clean, well-equipped with all the necessities. The staff is very kind and hospitable. The train station is also easily accessible from the location; the bus station is on the same street, and you can reach the central train station within 20 minutes. The whole place is very well arranged and renewed. Good value for its price. Highly recommended!

Hiljuti renoveeritud majutusasutus La Corte dei Desideri asub La Spezias Castello San Giorgio, Mereväe Tehnikamuuseumi ja Amedeo Lia muuseumi lähedal. La Spezia pearaudteejaam on 400 meetri kaugusel. I stayed there for four nights in April and was very happy to have chosen it. The location was excellent, close to the train station and very walkable. Loved that the balcony overlooked the street lined with the most fragrant orange trees, perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine, As a solo traveler I felt very safe walking in the area, close enough to restaurants and the ferry to be within easy walking distance. The room was spotlessly clean , modern and very comfortable, lots of towels and lovely bath and hair products. Stefi made several suggestions about places to visit, I would have missed some lovely towns had she not suggested them. I would defiantly stay there again. Thank you Stefi for the lovely stay, sorry you had to come to look at the the not broken coffee maker.

Linnavaatega Affittacamere Saint Bon 15 - 5 Terre Rooms and Suites asub La Spezias, 700 meetri kaugusel Castello San Giorgiost ja 29 km kaugusel Carrara konverentsikeskusest. Perfect location, sneaky modern unit in an old building in the heart of la spezia. Easy check in, very happy to have reserved a parking place that was nearby and secure. The family unit was ample sized for 4 adults. Very responsive owner. Two refrigerators! Very nice unit.

Sooo close to the train station, the restaurants, perfect base to visit cinque terre! And the room is so nice and have a balcony, with a table to take breakfast or just relax, 10/10
