Walking distance from train station to visit Cinque terre. Parking is very convenient, leave you car parked on their garage and ride the train to all Cinque terre. Nearby restaurants and bars . Self check in was a breeze and detail instructions on how to access the room were excellent. Room was renovated , everything very modern.

Perfect location, sneaky modern unit in an old building in the heart of la spezia. Easy check in, very happy to have reserved a parking place that was nearby and secure. The family unit was ample sized for 4 adults. Very responsive owner. Two refrigerators! Very nice unit.

The location is perfect! Beautiful views from the windows and balcony, and close to all the shops and restaurants. We loved our stay here. Really appreciated the mini fridge, espresso machine, and supplies. It was quite warm while we were there, so the A/C had to work hard, but it managed. Loved the updated bathroom and option for self-check-in!
