Our room was spacious enough for two friends or a couple like us to stay comfortably, and everything was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the house provided all the facilities we needed. The location is also convenient, about a 20-minute walk from a main attraction and food area, and only 5 minutes from the nearest metro stop. Overall, a great value for money! And don’t miss Mr. Wan’s amazing cold brew — much better than wasting money at a random Seven Eleven, his coffee is absolutely delicious.

Clean, tidy, and surprisingly spacious — everything was arranged with such care that it instantly felt like a warm, welcoming home. And for the price? An absolute steal! You get so much more than what you pay for. It was also incredibly peaceful at night — we slept like babies, wrapped in silence and comfort. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Auntie Dong (董阿姨). She is the sweetest soul — kind, helpful, and so attentive. It felt like being looked after by a loving family member rather than a host. Her warmth made our whole trip even more special. If you’re coming to Osaka and want a clean, cozy, and convenient home away from home — with a touch of heart — this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

Highly recommended for USJ trip. Free boat transfer that takes only 5 minutes. The room was very clean, and all you need are complete, very comfortable beds. We booked Room 201 with 2 toilets, 2 shower and 1 bath tub. The room was very spacious that can accommodate even 12 pax. Highly recommended.

Close to Minato station (2-4minutes walk), and 30 minutes from downtown/ Nambai station. The family mart next to the station can forward your luggage with Yamato. The host Kei-san was very accommodating with my check in time, which changed drastically as I missed the last train to Osaka. The space itself was so cozy, well kept, and clean. So many decorations to look at. The price is unbeatable and the beds are firm but honestly that’s how I prefer it. I chose the balcony space, and it was nice to stand outside and watch the train roll by and to dry your laundry. There is a washing machine with detergent available, and a coin laundry nearby. Bathroom is shared but shower and toilet are separate so there was never really much of a wait time. Internet was good. Location was good. Restaurants were close by. Really no downside if you’re looking for a quiet place that’s affordable and friendly. People come and go but mostly keep to themselves and are very polite. I stayed for 5 nights and felt very sad to go. Will recommend this is everybody who wants to stay in a quiet neighborhood while near Osaka :)
