My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights in February. Ken san and Yuki san were delightful. The property was very clean and comfortable. They renovated the inn themselves and you can see care and attention in every detail from materials used to decor. The food was delicious and much of it was grown (rice) or made (plum wine) by Ken or Yuki. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and side trips. They ensured we were prepared with all the details required to ensure we had successful adventures. We are so lucky to have we picked the Sakonomichi. It was sugoi!!!

This backs off onto a very old temple where the monk who runs the accommodation holds his services. He was very friendly and showed us around the temple and I attended his moving service. The place was clean and there was Sake offered free to guests. The monk kindly accepted the receipt of my luggage transported from another city without any hassle. I will definitely stay again. He was very helpful and kind. Thanks!

GUESTHOUSE YANAGIYA se nachází ve čtvrti Magome v destinaci Nakatsugawa a nabízí pračku. K zajímavým místům v blízkém okolí patří Magome Wakihonjin Museum. The location of the accommodation is excellent. It is in the middle section of Magome-juku. The scenery is beautiful, and it is particularly quiet at night. It's also very easy to find. The dinner reserved was a pleasant surprise. It included wild boar and deer he caught in the forest. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. my little daughter couldn't stop praising it. The host is really good at cooking. The host was very kind, and we had a really enjoyable chat. we really enjoyed our stay there, fully recommended!！！！

If you have a small group, the 4 ppl room on the 3rd floor is perfect. The place has lots of great info in multiple languages and the affiliated izakaya was the perfect place to go for dinner.
