We traveled around Sri Lanka and of all the places we stayed at, we enjoyed Allen's the most. All worked as described, Allen was ready to help with anything, breakfasts were tasteful and fruit-ful, even wifi worked well (very uncommon during the majority of our other stays). Miss. Iniyal, the manager, greeted me with a smile and made sure that I got what I actually wanted to get, I mean basically anything which does not necessarily have to be related to the hotel stay. She also was doing house-keeping where she made sure that the room was spotlessly clean. The boss of the place, Mr. Thilak was also kind and managed the place well.
