I highly recommend skipping outside restaurants and instead asking the staff to prepare dinner for you—you won’t be disappointed!

We have stayed in a few BB's that's not the case everywhere. Our package included breakfast we came back to the room after sigiriya climb very late but still the host sanjiv and madhu were very kind enough to provide breakfast and allow us late checkout, It was very kind of them. We really enjoyed their company and the endless conversation during dinner. A super good place to stay.

They provided very useful recommendations and help with ordering tuktuk. The food was the best I had in Sri Lanka so far, highly recommend to enjoy your dinner there. The room was very nice and clean, AC, huge bathroom. The garden was very pretty. The guesthouse is located a bit outside of the main road but the village is accessible by foot. Last but not least, I did the safari with the owner, which was one of the best experience I had. Safari was in Hurulu Forest Reserve, a very nice forest, and we saw lots of (baby) elephants. Highly recommended!
