Bohužel v okolí nejsou skoro žádné restaurace, takže doporučuji využít možnost stravování v ubytování.

The room was very clean, and the host's hospitality was incredible—super friendly and attentive. She arranged a tour for us for 18,000 LKR, offered us tea in the morning before we left, and kindly assisted and guided us to our next destination. Without a doubt, highly recommended! The bathroom was also clean, and the room was spotless.

I can't say enough great things about this homestay! They arranged our transfer from Ella and arranged a morning and afternoon safari for us. We were greeted with a delicious cold coconut water, in the coconut. We chose the breakfast and dinner option which makes so much sense because the town is a bit of a walk and after a safari all day (4:30 am to 6:30 pm) it is great to have dinner at the homestay. Both dinners we had were excellent, I think the best food we've had in Sri Lanka! They also pack a breakfast to go on your safari day because of leaving so early. When you wake up they have coffee and bananas for you before leaving. Our room was a great size, ac and hot water worked well. The owners are very kind, friendly and even drove us to the bus stop, stayed with us and made sure we got on the right bus. I highly recommend Tissa Rainbow for your stay while exploring Yala National Park, you won't regret it!

Krásné , odlehlé místo uprostřed rýžových polí. Vstřícný , milý , personál , co se týče kuchyně, velice nás nadchla večeře , kdy do mističek upečených z tenkého těsta se kleplo vajíčko, lehce zapeklo a přidali se další ingredience, zatočilo a ŇAM. Manažer hotelu pan Inbaraj nás doprovodil do zahrady koření, kde s námi udělal podrobnou prohlídku.

She gave us tea on arrival and bananas from her own garden which tasted amazing. Immaculatley clean room and bathroom. Room is very big and spacious Also had drying racks which was very handy, also had drying racks which was very handy. Very good air conditioning in room. Organised our safari ar Yala National Park before arrival. Great value for money. Would highy recommend.

The best stay in Sri Lanka so far. Priya was so helpful! He sent us the bus schedule from Ella to Tissa, he drove us around the lake to see crocodiles and birds, and bats at a late time, he also arranged the safari in Yala for us for a great price, and prepared an early breakfast before leaving at 4:30. He drove us with his tuktuk when we needed to catch the bus to Tangalle and checked that we had successfully arrived. The room was also cozy and the location of the hotel is not far from the main road.

The cabanas are very adventurous, offering a fantastic view of the lake: if you're lucky you can spot a few crocodiles swimming around! There's no danger and it's very peaceful.☺️ The rooms are simple and tasteful. The hammock is bliss! There isn't any hot water but that's not a problem at all. We only had lunch and the kottu was very, very tasty. They can recommend a safari tour-Janaka- and it was professional and fun.

We stayed in a bungalow in a beautiful garden. It is a very calm and quiet place you will appreciate especially after visiting busy towns. The friendly owners are ready to give you information and help you with anything. They prepared a lovely breakfast with lots of fruits for us every morning, booked a safari tour and a transport to next destination for us. The bungalow has a water heater, both AC and a fan, a patio where you can relax and watch various birds, chipmunks, peacocks and you can even see a crocodile in the lake. Django the dog will visit you time to time. Take a tuktuk and go to the beach, you can also visit the temple. Several small shops and two restaurants in short walking distance but you can also order your dinner and the hosts will prepare it for you. If we ever happen to visit Srí Lanka again, we would definitely come back!
