It is set 17 km from Mazagan Beach Golf Course and features a shared kitchen. The guest house has family rooms. Wow, this was a wonderful 4 bedroom apartment, beautifully finished and very clean! Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The host gave us a free upgrade and also carefully showed us on a map how to visit the tourist sites. Large kitchen with ample countertops and microwave. Grocery store one block away. Bed was super comfortable, firm but with a foam top. Electronic controlled blinds in bedroom, very dark for sleeping. Nice couches in living room. Great wifi speed. Outdoor seating by the decorative fountain. Street parking not difficult. Quiet residential neighborhood. We could easily have stayed here a few days to work remotely. Amazing value!

The property is 30 km from Mohamed V International Airport and there is a tram stop just 1 minute walking from the guest house. Free private parking is provided on site. The Dar is placed in a very calm and easy to reach area in Casablanca. I stayed only one night prior to my flight back, but I had enough time to enjoy the very characteristic architecture and the beautiful decorations of my accommodation. The ladies have been very welcoming and provided me with tea and biscuits on arrival. The breakfast is absolutely great. There's plenty of parking on the road just outside of the Dar and Casablanca's Mohammed V airport is only a 25 minutes drive away (at least 2 petrol stations will be found on your way there from the Dar, in case you are renting a car and need to give it back with a full tank). The small gym has everything you need for a workout, trx, boxing pads etc. The food is super fresh and healthy. The owner Fabrizio is wonderful. Stayed two days, came back feeling relaxed to the bone.
