The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and available 24 hours a day, always ready to help with a smile. The location is ideal: only a 7-minute walk to the bus station and just 2 minutes to a lively district full of life, yet the hotel itself is perfectly quiet and peaceful. Every detail is designed for comfort. Extra heating devices are provided, the blankets are thick and warm, and the shower is excellent. And then there’s the fireplace — absolutely the highlight. It’s real, fully functional, and beautifully designed. Coming back to the hotel after a long day of exploring the town and its surroundings, sitting by the fireplace, feels incredibly cosy and relaxing. Overall, this is a very warm, safe, and welcoming place that truly feels like a home away from home. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

We especially appreciated the luggage storage when we arrived early from our night bus as well as when we did an overnight tour. The staff are very accommodating.

"A traditional Temascal sauna and rooms with free Wi-Fi, a free minibar and coffee maker are offered at this colonial-style house. San Cristobal’s central Zócalo Square is just 150 metres away. Very, very spacious Room, beautiful central atrium to relax, friendly staff. The cleaning staff went above and beyond every day and left our room absolutely sparkling. The hotel is an older building, and its furniture and features are not new, but we felt that this added to its charm.
