This place is a wonderful option if you want to stay in Dunedin with your family. Two bedrooms, two toilets, two showers and a fully functional kitchen. I cannot emphasize enough how a fully functional kitchen is useful: we could make our fried eggs for breakfast! Awesome! The hosts are very nice and give good advice about things to do around the place. The rooms are beautiful and peaceful, allowing for a good night's rest.

Situated on the beachfront, this property has a spa and wellness centre, free bikes and a garden. Providing free WiFi throughout the property, the allergy-free guest house features a hot spring bath. The little house was amazing! Clean, well maintained and clearly owned by people who love/respect their property. It was modern and comfortable. I liked the fact that it had a kitchenette instead of a kitchen because some guests cook like there is no tomorrow and make everything smell so bad. This accomodation smelled fresh and clean. The location is excellent! So close to the beach and in a very cute neighborhoud. The garden (and its privacy) is the cherry on top!
