The units are equipped with heating facilities. The breakfast was excellent. Very generous. Coffee and Juice, Pastries, Eggs. The location is a little 'Picante' (or 'Marginal' as they would say in Paraguay.) Absolutely no problems in the day but you need to take a little bit of care at night time, mainly because this is not a 'gringo' zone like Fernando Zona Norte (closer to Shopping Multiplaza.) The family that owns the accomodation is lovely and go out of their way to be generous and helpful.

Cleaning lady very nice and did an awesome job cleaning the room. Property very well safe with an all-around security system. Room has a mini-fridge which is very convenient since it's so hot in Asuncion, it's perfect to keep cold drinks in there waiting for you! Wifi connection very fast and stable.
