Amazing breathtaking view right at front of your bedroom, it’s not far from the city at all it was the perfect location to stay at for Sapa. It was not noisy with the bustling sounds of cars or bikes but rather, the sound of local life and nature. The host is very lovely and accommodating, she was very kind and helpful. She helped us with trekking and tour options we can take to venture into Sapa and local villages, she catered to our needs for breakfast especially, I’m allergic to eggs so I had the Pho which was very delicious, perfect breakfast to have up in the mountains! There was heated beds that came to surprise and it was very well heated as we came during the cold season. There was hot water to shower in, amenities were all provided. We were very happy with our stay and to say that it was the main highlight during our visit in Sapa!

In winter Sa Pa is quite cold but in the room there is a heating bed so you wouldn't leave your bed easily. There is a common kettle for tea and coffee, as a coffee addict it is always important to have it. The room is big and clean. I really want to say thanks to the lady because she is really sweet and gave us fruits and sweets. Overall an amazing stay. We also loved the two cats! P.s. the homestay is not in the centre but the location wasn't an issue also because if you want to eat near the lake the prices are quite high. Extra tips for vegetarians and vegans: the homestay is near to two vegan restaurants and there is a banh mi place which prepares it with eggs for 30k.

Viet Duc Guest House tiene jardín, salón de uso común, terraza y restaurante en Sapa. Precio razonable y proximo al centro de la ciudad, ademas en el mismo hotel arriendan motocicletas a un precio por dia muy bueno ademas que la comida tiene las 3b todo bien

The family who runs this homestay is so lovely! They cooked dinner and breakfast for me for very reasonable prices and were very nice and accommodating the whole stay. In addition, the rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful. The view from the common balcony is absolutely stunning! I ended up staying two nights instead of one and highly recommend this homestay.

La familia que vive allí es muy acogedora, no hablan inglés pero no es necesario. Sin duda una experiencia cómoda, acogedora y agradable.

The staff was helpful and informative about the hiking locations. The accomodation was close to the center. Our room was suitable for 3 people. We could leave our luggages at the hotel before checking in and after checkout as well.
