Australiathe communication with the host was excellent- very clear instructions re the key access, details on features of the home and how to use them ie security blind/shutters, heating and cooling, also clear instructions as what to do when upon leaving.It is not the Hilton but it was amazingly appointed- i would only suggest labelling the cupboards!!! so much kitchen storage.
