It was very clean and comfortable. The hosts are very helpful and easy to communicate with. The house is located not far from a popular Muri beach, supermarket, bus stop and a great burger place, which was very convenient. The neighbors were also very helpful and friendly. Between the 2 main houses they easily accommodated 14 people with lovely big decks that looked straight out to the beach. We had the absolute best time at Vaiakura and are very grateful to our host Rhett who was so friendly and accomodating, nothing was a problem! We enjoyed our stay at Arapati Holiday Homes, and especially liked the beach location. We had a lot of rain that meant we didn't see stars or sunsets, but we used the grill and had nice meals on the patio. Bob is the most wonderful chap, he is around most days and he was really great to deal with. There are some lovely local dogs which visit the villas who we all fell in love with.
