It’s right across from a public bath and very close to a convenience store, temples and a wonderful park. The rooms are absolutely stellar and spacious. The tatami rooms were absolutely spotless.

The Portside Inn was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. From the moment you walk in, there is a wonderful woodsy smell, a fantastic kitchen, beautiful bathroom, comfortable bed, and the decor all had such a hand curated touch to it. Plus they had really nice small touches like fresh shortbread cookies and specialty coffee beans. Truly our one regret was not booking more nights here. We would love to be back one day. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Location was excellent as it was a few minutes away from the JR station and next to all the attractions and restaurants. The house is large enough to accommodate a large family. It was very well equipped and the hose was extremely responsive and kind!
