Immaculate home with panoramic view of ocean due to windows everywhere. This property is across a QUIET street from the beautifully plant covered dunes and ocean. No houses are between you and the ocean. Comfortable beds, great shower in the master bath. (We did not need the other baths) Home is very nicely decorated. Large outdoor deck/balcony with comfy balcony furniture. This little town of Wilihi Beach is a gem with great little restaurants. Beautiful hiking at the north end of the beach and beautifully hilly and green farmland all around the town.

1 bedroom and kitchen bathroom were in a converted container with metal ceilings so very hot during afternoon. insect screens did not fit well. Screens for windows would be good so rooms could stay cool. Front part of building was beautifully renovated. We thought it a little expensive for a converted container. Toilet and shower are small.

The location was in a quiet rural area but only 5 minutes drive from central Waihi. The house was larger than your normal motel room and only two thirds the price. The biscuits and the bowl of fruit were an unexpected bonus.
