What a beautiful house, pool and location! There were more than 20 of us and we had spaces for everyone. With multiple kitchens, plenty of bathrooms and showers, everything flowed smoothly from start to finish. Mr. Lito and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The place was cozy and peaceful specially at night. We had time to relax, everything was organized. The staff are very punctual, they always assisting us. Its near on some of the tourist spots. Its easy access specially if you bring your own car.

The place is spotless, very clean, and smelled pleasant. The hosts are friendly, thoughtful, and helpful. The location is ideal because it's a one minute walk to the beach, and it's in a street where there's a wide road. The road is not a busy thoroughfare, in fact, only the residents use it. And since it is not beach front property, you get the benefit or mild weather. While it's hot near the beach, Espllinorte is very cool and comfortable. There's a garden at the back with a barbecue pit, while there's a play area in front with board ganes, chess, scrabble, jengga, etc. There's a good restaurant nearby, and it's just a five minute walk from the property.

Seabreeze Beachfront Home and Cottages new management is located in San Juan La Union, a 10-minute drive from the main surfing area of Urbiztondo. Baguio is 26 mi away.

Since we were a group of friends (6 in all), having 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms was a good setup. Also being able to cook our own food was nice. We appreciated the complimentary water given. Spacious, secure place near the beach. Parking was available too.

Everything was perfect! Typically it’s American residences visiting who are hard to please! Mom is very very hard to pls! She approves!! I highly recommend this beach front property! I was pleasantly surprised that each bedroom had its own bathroom! This place is definitely worth the price. My sister will be visiting and she will be booking soon!
