We had a great stay here! The place was exactly as advertised, what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get in person. It was cozy, clean, and very welcoming. The bed was spotless and not dusty at all, which made for a really comfortable sleep. The owner was very accommodating, explaining everything we needed to know and assisting us throughout our stay. The overall vibe was warm and homey, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Plus, it’s budget-friendly and pet-friendly, which was a big plus! I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable stay in Baguio.

This was my second time staying at Rest Terraces Transient House, and once again, it went above and beyond my expectations! The accommodation is spotlessly clean and well-organized, offering a comfortable and peaceful retreat after a day of exploring Baguio. What stands out the most is the hospitality of the hosts. They are incredibly kind and accommodating! Communication with them was a breeze, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. They truly go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. I will definitely be booking with them again on my next trip to Baguio. I would highly recommend Rest Terraces to anyone looking for a welcoming place to stay while in the city!

Want to thanks the hosts, extremely nice and proactive. They welcomed us with great hospitality and made aure we felt comfortable and right at home. It's a really really worth it stay. Got lucky we were able to book the house, even if it's new here at booking.com. But it was the best decision!

Ms. Julien is soooooo accommodating. She is very considerate during our stay. Check in time is 1pm but she allowed us to check in early at 12nn with out any addnl cost. She was so kind enough also to allow us to stay a few hours after our check-out time to give time for my son and daughter to finish their online class - That we really appreciated a lot. The house is so homey too. Spacious and clean . Thumbs up to our host, Ms. JULIEN for the superb accommodation. 😍😍😍
