The host is an excellent communicator, very accommodating, and right off they make you feel comfortable. There are some very exceptional surprises the host provides and I appreciate how simple and direct the rules are. 90% of the people who are hosts should take a few lessons about hospitality from this host. First being by making house rules simple and not as complex as a library catalog system that needs to be read (just to find the WiFi code). Others can learn from this host. If there were 11 ‘s I’d still rate higher. This property was amazing and I look forward to hopefully staying again the next time in Tulsa.

The house is very spacious and homey. The back yard is large and well-kept and there’s a large deck with comfortable furniture overlooking the yard. There’s also a huge cantilevered umbrella if you need shade. We enjoyed spending time outside. We were travelling with two e-bikes and were happy to have access to the garage to store them. Tulsa has a great bike/walking trail system near the river and we had a nice 40-mile jaunt from the house. Highly recommended. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and quick to answer any inquiries.

Xscapecation Oasis is a recently renovated villa in Tulsa, near Hurricane Soccer & Track Stadium. This property offers access to a patio, free private parking, and free Wifi.

I like it because it was very clean it had washer and dryer the snacks and things that were left the hostess was awesome she took care of every need if we needed something everything that we needed was just 20 minutes away a great neighborhood

Great location. Amazing house. Awesome host. Near tulsa University and everything in between. Love this location. The neighborhood is fantastic, and everyone greets you. Felt like home.
