Great location, 5 min drive to beach, 3min drive to local grocery store! There are bikes, beach chairs, snorkeling masks and coolers available. Free parking spaces, access to pool and hot tub, private grill. All you need for perfect vacation.

Great room! Clean with multiple TVs and two twin beds which were perfect for my young daughters, who rated this "hotel" "...a BILLION!" There are an assortment of beach/pool floats/toys/snorkels, etc. which really elevated our enjoyment of the pool and beach (which are only a couple minutes walk away). Caught the sunset on the beach and dined out in style. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The villa pool is heated and I needed to bribe my kids with the promise of ice cream to get them out of the water. It was a fun, relaxing stay and we'll definitely try to make it back. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time! The unit was perfectly finished and tucked into a quiet corner of the small community with no pool noise. The view of the historic lava fields were beautiful and we could hear the ocean when we used the screen door on the back lanai patio. The kitchen was furnished for a professional chef and had everything you could need including for children. There were plenty of beach amenities in the garage for adults and kids. The black lava swimming pool at the Palm Villas was gorgeous and very rarely occupied. But the best part was access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club. The best part about the Palm Villas is that within the Mauna Lani resort, it’s the closest to the walking path through the historic lava fields and fish ponds to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club. The beach club has fantastic snorkeling and great beach chairs and cabanas available for guest use. Noah was great to communicate with and we hope to come back and stay at the Mauna Lani Palm Villas every year!

Location was great. Shannon was super responsive to every question. The condo was well appointed and amenities were communicated well to us so we did not need to get a lot of extras such as paper towels, etc. Was also wonderful that passes to Hilton pool facilities were included. Having easy accessibility to beach, pools, shopping and dining made this a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful and very good condition and well cared for. It comfortably slept 6 people and each of the two bedrooms were quite large. Along with the large bedrooms each of the rooms had their own bathrooms that were quite spacious including large soaker tubs and walk in showers. The kitchen was large and well stocked, the grill on the lanai was a wonderful addition so you didn’t have to leave the until to go grill at ground level. There was a large dining room table inside and a smaller set on the lanai giving you indoor and outdoor dining experiences.
