Accommodation: The apartment is amazing and accommodated our group of 18 guests, including 2 infants and 4 children. Everyone enjoyed spacious rooms with attached toilets/bathrooms. Living Room: The living room is incredibly spacious and offers a variety of activities, including darts and numerous board games for kids. 2 living rooms. Kitchen: The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities and utensils for cooking. 2 big refrigerators. Lot of storage spaces. BBQ Area: The BBQ area is well-managed, featuring 2 BBQ grills and related utensils for cooking. There are umbrellas and spacious benches for sitting outside in the BBQ place. Outdoor Space: A small kids' play equipment is provided in a vast outdoor, well-maintained grass garden. Host Interaction: The owners were generous in explaining each room and how to use them. Very friendly couples. Parking: Easy parking was dedicated for us. We had 5 big cars. Cleanliness: Absolute perfection! Communication with the Host: Perfect! Overall Experience: In short, it was a wonderful place, and we would love to come again.

Our family had a fantastic trip, and this accommodation played a big part in it! Communication with the host, Helene, was excellent from the start – she was so friendly and helpful. A real highlight was discovering that Helene owns a shop with locally sourced gin, brandy, and delicious homemade chocolate – a lovely local touch! The accommodation itself was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. The location was incredibly convenient for getting around. The ski bus stop for Arena and Mayrhofen was just steps away, and the train station for longer trips was easily accessible. Plus, a grocery shop is within a comfortable 10-minute walk. We especially enjoyed a nice walk along the Ziller river shores, easily accessible from the property. Having a private parking lot with space for 3-4 cars was also very useful. The accommodation offered plenty of space, with large rooms and a well-equipped kitchen that included a dining area. The separate, larger dining room was also a great feature.
