Very clean , comfy beds , plenty hot water, fridge in the room and air con plus plenty of parking space .

It was very clean, and they were hospitable. They had complimentary snacks , coffee, hot chocolate etc for guests. There was also washing machine and dishwasher.

The room was very clean and this cleanliness was maintained by daily cleaning. The hotel is located in a quiet green area away from the noise and bustle, which is good for me, but the nearest attractions are far away. Convenient underground parking with access only for hotel residents, fast Internet and delicious coffee are also among the advantages of this place.

Very clean, comfortable room with everything you need for a short stay in Nanaimo. Very friendly staff and great location close to the ferry. Lovely waterside walkway into the town.

Very clean and small

My family stayed for 5 days and the staff was great, room was very clean and it was in a good location. Breakfast was also good. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

The room was lovely Bathroom exceptional very clean and cosy A couple of basic lounge chairs to sit on would be great Breakfast was good Pool and spa the chlorine was a bit strong in spa advised owners maybe as the cover had been on a while The stair rail to get into the pool was loose and wobbly I have bad knees so need to feel safe Please advise guest in future if it is upstairs area
