Hotel is beautiful. Very clean and very well equipped apartments. All facilities exactly as in booking description. Everything works. If you like to cook, you can find everything which good kitchen should have. If you don't like to cook, you can eat at hotels restaurant where they serve very tasty meals. Simonetta (I think owner) is a very nice and helpful person.

We had a great stay at the Palace hotel, everything was perfect! Room was very clean and the food was exceptional...

Really Every thing is great. Amazing coral reef, the snacks is very good, very clean hotel, many thanks to Mr Hossam, Mr Ahmed from the front office. and all the stuff is very helpful and friendly, the rooms are excellent and the housekeeping is cooperative especially mr tahaa, all restaurants are excellent (in cleanliness-food taste) specially the Italian ( m. alaa, m. Mohammed) . l want to sent my regards to Mr. Karem, all chiefs . Really Every one is friendly. Thank you solaya❤️

The house reef is beautiful and the diving school is good. The royal tent is very clean and also the shared bathrooms. The food was nice. The enviromental friendly measurements were appreciated.
