The staff (a lovely family, we believe) were so welcoming and made us feel at home. All the facilities we needed were available — the hot tub was especially relaxing, and although we didn’t use the sauna, it was great to have the option. Everything was very well maintained. A special highlight was feeding the goats, which made the stay even more memorable. The location was also perfect for exploring, we managed to visit Bath, Cardiff, and the Cotswolds, which was ideal as we had a guest visiting from New Zealand. We had such a lovely time and would highly recommend this place!

Good location and very close to the railway station. The room condition is good, and the apartment offers a full kitchen. A supermarket is just 15-20 m from the apartment—a nice choice in Bath spa.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a wardrobe and flat-screen TV, while the second bedroom has a single bed. The contemporary bathroom includes a bath, shower and luxury toiletries. The property is in a great location, we walked from the property to the city center daily. The property per se has great character, very clean and very comfortable. Karina is a great host, very friendly and very helpful.

A beautiful and scenic spot to stay on the river. Park your car and enjoy an easy 20 minute walk into downtown Bath. The boat ride into the city was an added bonus. We stayed in the apartment which was super clean, comfy and cozy for two! The staff were friendly and helpful!

It was really clean and well managed. All our requests and questions were answered and attended to within half an hour since the moment the booking was confirmed.
