Bru na Boinne Visitor Centre is 17 km from the holiday home and Monasterboice is 18 km away. This place is in a great location for us. It is near lots of amenities - food shops, restaurants, roads to other places of interest, etc. Although you come off a busy road, the property itself is tucked away in a quiet corner. Beds and bathrooms upstairs and living space downstairs. Generous hosts who took care of us and had everything in the house that you might think to need.

They will keep you busy; they are extremely friendly. The thoughtful host even baked us fresh bread, fresh farm eggs daily, and honey from the area. Geraldine is a perfect host in every sense. It was a lovely big house, with everything we needed for a break away,

I have never stayed in any short-stay accommodation that is as well equipped. There was salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee (both instant and a plunger with ground coffee), flour, cling film, paper towel and enough toilet paper for our stay. It also has sufficient cupboard space for guests to unpack their belongings. Our host, Saoirse was friendly and very helpful. We took her advice on restaurants on three occasions and her recommendations were very good.
