The host was very nice with us and helped us with information and she answered at any question that we had and replied really quick. She also gave us some advices regarding some attractions and how to use the public transport. The place was clean and welcoming and was looking exactly like in the photos. It was really easy to access the metro and also if you want to take the train to go outside Milan, the train station (the central one) is 1 station away using the metro.
