I have given over 100 reviews since I started using booking.com and this was the easiest decision I have ever had to make in marking the property 10/10. The apartment was immaculate and equipped with absolutely everything you could need. It was a shame that we only booked one night to stay as it was a top class establishment. Kitchen had everything you could need, microwave, oven, cooker top, fridge, freezer. The check in was very easy and all done with minimal fuss. Bathroom and shower were absolutely perfect as well. Clean and spotless in every way. Bed was very comfortable as well. We knew the minute we arrived that the apartment was as close to perfect as you can get. An absolute joy to stay

Our apartment was spacious (two floors) and well equipped with enough storage space. Huge terrace with a lovely view and balcony with sea-view. Two bathrooms. A/C in every room. TV. Toaster, microwave and kettle. Washing machine. No dishwasher. Wi-Fi fine. Free parking in a private garage. Clean, comfortable. Bed linen and towels included in price. Location is great - although in a calm residential area, everything (restaurants, bars and shops) is within walking distance (less than 5 minutes). Many beautiful beaches nearby, not reachable on foot.

Beautifully presented and spotlessly clean, every day. Great location in the old town, close to the train station, buses and taxis. Communication from the owner was excellent. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room, as well as breakfast supplies. Normally we would stay in a hotel, but after this experience we would look at rooms as well.

Very spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable for 3-4 people. Very well equipped with independent air conditioning for each room. Perfect if you don't have a a car because there are lots of buses in all directions. You also have access to a very nice garden with two sets of tables, chairs and a small playground for children. Friendly and helpful host.

Casa Dell’Artista is amazing, everything was prepared nicely by the lovely host Chiara (and I really mean everything from the welcome dinner to all the food in the fridge to everyday breakfast to biscuits+chocolates+candy to beer+wine to beach umbrellas slippers food bag beach hat sunscreen washing machine fans air conditioning microwave oven cooking utensils coffee machine smart TV jacuzzi pool!!! 🤩). We didn’t have to bring anything as everything was already there, we have to collect our breakfast from Pasticceria Manuel though ☺️ It’s unimaginable how Chiara could be so thoughtful to her guests. Location wise, it is walking distance to many tourist spots of Cagliari old town, otherwise bus stop is just 2min walk away. This homestay is a really memorable!
