House was small but compact and there was everything we needed. Adorable and friendly cat Ringo, kids loved him. Sauna was really nice, with mild heat- my man is a sauna fanatic and he absolutely loved it. Swimming in pond after sauna- perfect! Host was answering really quickly and we felt like home. Only good vibes!

We stayed here for two nights as a couple with an 11 month old baby and had a lovely stay. The place is based in a quiet neighbourhood with the main sights not far away. We had everything we could want including a small but well supplied kitchen, baby cot and high chair. Our host was lovely and even gave us some delicious produce from the garden. Our child loved playing in the garden and with all the toys. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay, particularly with children.

Grisli house is a recently renovated holiday home in Gauja, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is set 4 km from Valmiera Olympic Center. This is one of the best houses we have stayed. The house is very lovely, clean and it had everything we required. Our dog absolutely loved this place as it had a pond as well. The yard was spacious as well. And neighbors -friendly. 10/10
