There were sheep around the house, coming especially during the evening, and our dog was happy to see them and watch their movements. The view of the trees was very pleasant and relaxing.

The check-in was smooth, as the cabin was just unlocked for us and we could just walk in. Still we met Ole, the host, for a quick chat and he gave us some local tips. I'd definitely recommend a stay here!

The people are very nice and filled the hottub for us.

It is remote (a perfect getaway from our busy lives:), but everything you need is in walking distance: a bus stop at 1 km and a shop at 30 minutes of walking. A big garden and a nice front terace with a beautiful view. The kitchen/eating area was very nice to be in. There were different boardgames spread throughout the house. The TV is new with netflix, amazon prime and youtube applications built-in. When we encountered problems with the water supply for the toilet, they came by the next day to fix the issue and when we told them we didn’t have a car to drive around, they gave us 2 bikes. We had some issues getting at the house because we traveled on saturday and there weren’t any busses so we used the taxi service located in Moelv (8 minute drive).
