Very cozy little house, close to the other houses but far enough you feel alone in the forest (in a good way). Has all the facilities needed, kitchen utensils and a washing machine The Hostess offered to drive me from Flåm to the house, and made sure I had all I needed. She also answered on the chat really fast.

Outdoor seating is also available at the holiday home. We loved staying in this house. We stayed only for 2 nights, but wish we could have stayed longer. The house is beautiful, well maintained, and has an amazing view. It was super clean and had all we needed, fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of towels. Beds were very comfortable, which is important to us. Also, you can completely darken the rooms, another big plus. The communication with hosts was perfect. They are very thoughtful and provided a list of attractions, restaurants, and hikes in the area. That was really useful since the area has so much to offer and it helped us choose the activities for our limited time there. We went to Briksdalsbreen glacier. The house is near a ski resort, so it must be a great place to stay in the winter. We highly recommend this house and the hosts.

The view from the house, how quiet and peaceful it was, the outdoor terrace and garden, the comfy beds, and how welcome we were by the owners (Anne and her family who had left gifts for us on our arrival and recommended activities for us). The house has been renovated with new kitchen and bathroom and has lots of charm and historic details.

Breathtaking views of the fjord and the mountain with waterfalls. The house is cosy and comfortable, it has everything you need. Extremely hospitable host. Upon arrival, we were greeted with delicious plums from the garden. And for dinner we had crabs freshly caught by the owner. Highly recommend this place for stay.

The house is very conveniently located approx 3h away from Bergen near a village where you’ll find a spar and lovely church overlooking the fjord. The house has everything you need and on top of it all a breathtaking view over the fjord and faces a gigantic rock wall that turns from red to orange throughout the day and the sun rays. You can canoe just in front of the house, swim and do hikes including one that is walking distance and offers amazing views. Our hosts were absolutely amazing, even sharing their fish and crab catch with us. This is a piece of heaven we hope to come back!
