The air-conditioned holiday home consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a coffee machine, and 2 bathrooms with a bath and a hair dryer. Towels and bed linen are provided in the holiday home. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and is protected by full-day security. Very comfortable and clean. Owner was helpful and responsive.

The location is very quiet in beautiful surroundings on the Little Manatee River. It is close to Simmons Park and the Bahia Beach Preserve. The owner, Tammie Saxon, provided invaluable help getting me to my cottage and getting my disabled vehicle to servicing. Canoes and fishing gear are available. There's a large swimming pool area but the weather was too cool for pool activities during my stay. The manager, Lynn, made check in effortless and she had no problem extending my stay.

Kevin & Heather were very gracious hosts and couldn't have been any better. We loved it there. Loved the location, right off Duvall but yet still quiet. Loved the shot of the day, Happy Hour. Every day The pool&hot tub were so relaxing. Our room with king bed was perfect & very clean and comfortable. The front porch was another great relaxing spot, eating from the great selection of breakfast goodies getting to meet other people staying there having great conversations.
